There’s no denying that Kelly Killoren Bensimon has a body that could rival  women even 20 years younger than her, but we’re wondering if she’s taking her dieting a little too far. Should she change her name to “ANA“? In a recent article on The Huffington Post, Kelly reveals what she eats in a day. Check out how this super cut cougar keeps the calories way down! 

Kelly has been looking beyond shredded lately, so we are assuming that she works out as extreme as this diet as well! If you add up the food that Kelly describes here, you’ll be consuming about 773 calories a day, 6 days a week. This may let you drop some ” lbs” really quickly, but could lead to you binging before your cheat day as well. It’s also going to require some serious drive to make it through a tough workout at the gym, since the recommended calorie intake for a woman, who works out and is Kelly’s size, can be closer to 1500-2000 a day.

While we don’t think Kelly has an eating disorder, she could afford adding a little more nutrition to her day with a healthy snack or a heartier breakfast.
